Q: How long will it take for me to receive my item?

A: We ship within 24 business hours of payment received, you should receive your order quickly.

Q: How can I save shipping costs on my order?

A: When ordering multiple items from our website, shipping costs are based upon the total weight of your order, not per item which reduces the cost of shipping your order. Also, you can choose your shipping preferences to reduce your shipping costs.

Q: Can I pick up an order from your physical store and save shipping costs?

A: Your order can be picked up at our physical storefront at 170 Main Street, Indian Orchard, MA, 01151. When checking out on our website, indicate in the shipping method field "WILL CALL". No shipping costs will be added to your order. Your order can be picked up from our store free of shipping costs.

Q: Do you offer anything for gift or holiday orders?

A: At your request in the comment section of your order, we will gift box and/or bag your order free of charge for a gift or holiday order.
